立足“素养课堂”  推进核心素养课例研究

——小学数学核心素养子课题工作会议综述

20172月底3月初,伴着初春的暖阳,城区乡镇31所小学的小学数学教师分别相聚大赛巷小学、新沙路小学及北二小,小学数学核心素养课题研究各子课题组围绕着“核心素养课例研究”这一主题开展了校际教研活动。

    首先,刘丽萍、丁晓玲、周敏三位子课题组组长对本学期“小学数学核心素养研究”的主要工作进行了布置: 围绕子课组所研究的核心素养,选择最能体现核心素养的核心课开展研究,以课例为载体,提炼形成小学数学“核心素养”教学推进策略。同时,课题组组长还对课例研究的体例进行了阐述,指出“核心素养”课例研究从三个方面展开: 会上区数学教研员柯林利老师就“核心素养课例研究”给各位老师提出了三点建议,为老师们的课堂研究指明了方向:

精选课题,围绕“种子课”展开研究。整体把握小学数学课程内容,重点分析支撑知识学习的核心内容,选择最能凸显核心素养培养的课进行研究。设计好学情调研问卷,基于学情确定教学设计。会上柯老师通过几份具体的调研问卷的对比,阐明了一份专业的学情调研问卷必须具备的几大特点,希望老师们在调研内容上打破“信手拈来”的思想,做调研分析时能重新审视,进行调研访谈时能做到追踪沟通,发现更多精彩。反思提炼应达到一定的深度,并有针对性。反思课例中好的作法、成功的经验,加以提炼,形成核心素养培养的教学策略。

为落实开展好课例研究,柯老师建议:第一,要与学校推进“素养课堂”的具体工作整合;第二,要与“一师一课” 工作整合;第三,以“学情调研”为切入口,促进研究视角从“以教为主”向“以学为主”转变,促进沙市区“素养课堂”教学模式在小学数学学科生根落地。

 


通过本次活动,各学校的老师明确了下一步的课题研究重心,并对研究方向进行了分工。五月份各校将推选一篇课例在课题组进行交流展示,对六月份开展的“小学数学核心素养优秀课例”评选活动起到导向作用。最后,柯老师勉励老师们积极参与到“核心素养课例研究”活动中来,共同学习,共同探究,争取下次活动时能有更多的成果与大家共同分享。
